摘要

目的:探讨大脑后交通动脉瘤性动眼神经麻痹的最佳治疗方法。方法:将78例患者随机分为2组。针刺组穴取睛明、球后、承泣等;电针加穴位注射组在针刺组治疗的基础上加电针、腺苷钴胺局部穴位注射。2组患者经3个月治疗后进行疗效对比观察。结果:针刺组总有效率为41.7%

电针加穴位注射组总有效率为77.8%

2组疗效相比差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。电针加穴位注射组中脑瘤发病在2周之内手术的患者针刺疗效优于2周以上手术者(P<0.01);术后1月之内针刺治疗者疗效优于1月以上针刺者(P<0.01)。结论:电针加穴位注射是治疗大脑后交通动脉瘤所致动眼神经麻痹的有效方法且优于单纯针刺治疗

大脑后交通动脉瘤的及早诊断与手术、针刺及时的干预治疗都关系到动眼神经麻痹的预后。
