摘要

目的:观察注射A型肉毒毒素(botulinum toxin type A

BTX-A)治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法:将25例第三腰椎横突综合征患者随机分成2组

穴位注射组10例

针刺组15例。穴位注射组注射BTX-A

取第三腰椎横突处压痛点或其周围腧穴为注射点;针刺组予针刺治疗

取穴同穴位注射组。随访2个月

比较2组疗效及起效时间。结果:穴位注射组痊愈率为50.0%

起效时间为(3.75±1.65)天;针刺组分别为0和(12.47±5.33)天。2组各项指标比较

穴位注射组均优于针刺组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射A型肉毒毒素治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效优于单纯针刺治疗。
