摘要

目的:观察选择性穴位注射对小儿脑性瘫痪剪刀步态的效果。方法:将60例剪刀步态患儿根据肌张力高低及股角大小分为肌张力增高型与肌张力低下型

分别采用下肢外侧穴位与下肢内侧穴位及内外侧穴位混合使用3种方法进行临床观察。结果:肌张力增高型选择下肢外侧穴位者总有效率87.5%

肌张力低下型选择下肢内侧穴位者总有效率100.0%

内外侧穴位均注射者总有效率80.0%。结论:对脑瘫患儿剪刀步态的形成要分析其形成原因
