摘要

目的:探讨针刺眼三针对Bell麻痹的作用。方法:将76例患者随机分为常规针刺组(38例)和眼三针组(38例)。眼三针组在常规选穴(取翳风、地仓等穴)电针治疗的基础上

增加针刺眼三针(睛明、上明、承泣);常规针刺组仅取翳风、地仓等常规选穴电针治疗。采用时间强度曲线(I/t曲线)0.05ms强度值检测患侧额枕肌额腹和口轮匝肌作为病程评定标准

治疗时限以额枕肌额腹恢复抬眉动作

口轮匝肌运动恢复到House-BrackmannⅠ、Ⅱ级为度。结果:在常规电针治疗的基础上

配合针刺眼三针能够显著提高Bell麻痹的临床疗效

痊愈率为89.5%

优于常规针刺组的65.8%(P<0.05)

并缩短治疗周期。结论:针刺眼三针可以显著改善Bell麻痹

促进面神经功能的恢复。
