摘要

目的:比较推针手法与常规针刺治疗中风后指过屈的疗效差异。方法:将80例患者随机分为2组

2组均取合谷、后溪、外关。推针手法组42例

针刺得气后施以推针手法

带力向下插针

拇指向前、食指向后

重插轻提

留针30分钟;常规针刺组38例

常规针刺得气后留针30分钟。采用修订的Ashworth痉挛分级评定和掌指关节活动度为指标

对2组患者治疗30天、60天后进行疗效评定。结果:推针手法组的总有效率81.0%

明显优于常规针刺组的57.9%(P<0.05);推针手法组治疗后痉挛程度和掌指关节活动度变化与常规针刺组相比

差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论:推针手法治疗中风后指过屈疗效肯定

值得临床推广应用。
