摘要

目的:比较强脊四穴深刺与常规针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效差异。方法:将279例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组

深刺组140例

常规组139例。深刺组采用深刺强脊四穴治疗;常规组选取气海俞、大肠俞、关元俞、小肠俞

针刺常规深度。观察2组疗效并进行比较。结果:第1疗程末

深刺组痊愈率为42.1%

常规组痊愈率为28.1%

2组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);第2疗程末

深刺组痊愈率为82.9%

常规组痊愈率为46.8%

2组差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.005)。结论:强脊四穴深刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效明显优于常规针刺疗法。
