摘要

目的:比较针刺"颈三针"合隔药饼灸与常规夹脊穴针刺治疗颈椎骨质增生的疗效差异。方法:将91例颈椎骨质增生患者随机分为观察组(46例)和对照组(45例)。观察组针刺崇骨、大椎、陶道

取白术、白芍制成药饼于痛点施隔物灸;对照组给予针刺C_2—C_7夹脊穴常规治疗。以治疗前后颈项酸痛、肩背酸痛、压痛、颈椎活动情况积分的变化来评价疗效。结果:观察组的显愈率为76.1%

优于对照组的42.2%(P<0.05)。两组各项积分均较治疗前有显著改善(均P<0.05)

观察组在颈项酸痛、肩背酸痛、压痛、颈椎活动方面优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:针刺"颈三针"合隔药饼灸治疗颈椎骨质增生疗效优于常规取夹脊穴治疗。
