摘要

目的:探讨灸疗对终末期肾病(ESRD)维持性血液透析(HD)患者生存质量的影响。方法:将71例维持性血液透析患者采用分层随机的方法分为2组

采用KDQOL-SFTM对全部的维持性血液透析患者进行生存质量评分。对照组采用西医常规治疗方法

即规律血液透析和药物治疗;观察组采用西医常规治疗方法加灸疗

选穴为足三里、关元、三阴交。统计分析灸疗前后维持性血液透析患者生存质量的变化。结果:治疗后2组在3个领域(医护人员的支持、情绪角色、一般健康)评分对比

差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组在治疗前后自身生存质量评分分别对比显示

对照组共有7个领域(情绪角色、躯体不适、社交质量等)治疗前后有显著改善(P<0.05)

观察组除该7个领域外

尚有4个领域(躯体角色、情感健康、活力、工作状况)治疗前后有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:①灸疗对维持性血液透析患者生存质量中的体力、情绪具有改善作用;②评价维持性血液透析患者的生存质量还应考虑社会、气候及地理环境等因素的影响。
