摘要

目的:观察点灸对小儿手足口病的治疗效果

并分析其作用机制。方法:将75例患儿随机分为3组

灸药结合组22例

采用点灸结合常规西医疗法;中药组29例

口服中药结合常规西医疗法;西药组24例

采用常规西医疗法。3组治疗7天后判定疗效

比较各组患儿皮疹、口腔疱疹、便秘或便溏、消化不良和厌食等症状疗效差异。结果:灸药结合组总有效率为95.5%

中药组总有效率为86.2%

西药组总有效率为83.3%

灸药结合组总有效率优于中药组、西药组(均P<0.05)。灸药结合组皮疹及口腔疱疹消退、便秘或便溏消退、消化不良和厌食消退的时间与另两组比较

差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:灸药结合组治疗小儿手足口病可有效改善患儿消化道等症状

缩短病程

减少患儿痛苦。
