摘要

目的:观察肝脾肾之俞募穴埋线治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法:将132例卵巢早衰患者随机分成埋线组和药物组

每组各66例。埋线组给予肝脾肾之俞募穴埋线治疗;药物组采用激素替代疗法

即口服戊酸雌二醇(补佳乐)2 mg

每日1次

连服20天

10天后加服安宫黄体酮4 mg

每日2次

连服10天

平均用药6个月。观察2组疗效及血清促卵泡激素(FSH)和雌二醇(E2)变化。结果:2组治疗后血清FSH和E2均有显著改善(P<0.01)

且埋线组血清E2提高较药物组显著(P<0.01)。埋线组痊愈率为84.9%

总有效率为97.0%;药物组分别为31.8%、84.8%。埋线组痊愈率优于药物组(P<0.05)。随访10个月

埋线组疗效可维持。结论:肝脾肾之俞募穴埋线治疗卵巢早衰疗效好

无任何毒副作用

值得临床推广应用。
