摘要

目的:比较艾灸"热敏点"与西药治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效差异。方法:将120例病人随机分为艾灸组和西药组各60例。艾灸组采用在头面部、腹部及腰背部热敏化高发区寻找热敏点实施灸疗

每日1次;西药组给予盐酸西替利嗪片口服

每次10mg

每日1次。疗程均为10天。结果:艾灸组总有效率为85.0%

有效以上者3个月后随访总有效率为86.3%

西药组分别为63.3%、50.0%

经统计学处理

差异具有显著性和非常显著性意义(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论:"热敏点"灸是治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的理想疗法

复发率较低且标本兼治。
