摘要

探讨目前针刺疗法在脑卒中康复过程临床试验设计中存在的问题。现存主要问题为试验目的不明确、主配穴不清楚、行针手法不明或无操作规范、所选用针具型号不明确等。要使针刺疗法真正成为一门世界性医学

仍需不断完善与提高针刺疗法在脑卒中康复中的试验设计、操作规范及统一量化标准。
