摘要

目的:评价神阙灸配合电针局部穴位治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎(Osteoarthritis

OA)的作用。方法:采用单盲、随机对照的设计方法

将60例(104膝)患者随机分为2组

观察组30例(54膝)

采用神阙灸配合电针局部针刺犊鼻、内膝眼、阳陵泉、阿是穴等;对照组30例(50膝)

用神阙安慰灸配合电针局部治疗

穴位同观察组。2组均每日治疗1次

10次为一疗程

经1个疗程治疗后

比较疗效结果

1个月后随访

再次评价疗效。结果:观察组治疗后疼痛疗效结果为临床治愈42膝、显效11膝、有效1膝

综合疗效结果为优37膝、良16膝、可1膝;对照组治疗后疼痛疗效结果为临床治愈13膝、显效35膝、有效2膝

综合疗效结果为优9膝、良40膝、可1膝

2组结果经秩和检验

均P<0.01

差异均有非常显著性意义

观察组优于对照组。1个月后随访时2组间疼痛疗效和综合疗效结果经秩和检验

其中疼痛疗效P>0.05

综合疗效比较

P<0.01。结论:神阙灸配合电针局部穴位治疗阳虚寒凝型膝OA具有较好的临床疗效

优于神阙安慰灸配合电针局部穴位者。
