摘要

目的:观察穴位贴敷治疗实证痛经的临床疗效及对前列腺素的影响。方法:将原发性痛经的实证患者随机分为贴敷组和药物组

贴敷组31例使用中药(制南星、三棱、莪术等)在中极、关元、气海穴处进行贴敷治疗;药物组30例口服田七痛经胶囊治疗。在治疗前后分别观察痛经的疼痛程度及持续时间的积分

测定外周血前列腺素F_(2α)(PGF_(2α))与前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)含量。结果:贴敷组总有效率为93.5%

明显优于药物组的73.3%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后症状积分均较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.01)

且贴敷组症状改善程度较药物组显著(P<0.01);贴敷组可明显升高原发性痛经患者外周血中PGE_2含量(P<0.01)

明显降低外周血中PGF_(2α)含量及PGF_(2α)/PGE_2比值(均P<0.01)。结论:穴位贴敷治疗实证原发性痛经有较好的疗效

临床值得推广。穴位贴敷对原发性痛经患者前列腺素的合成有良性调节作用。
