摘要

目的:研究针刺治疗肿瘤的效应及作用机制。方法:采用Walker-256细胞株复制种植性Wistar大鼠肝癌、胃癌、皮下瘤模型

造模第3d

3种模型大鼠分别随机分为模型组和电针组。电针组针刺"足三里""合谷""三阴交"

予电针治疗

每天1次

留针20min

连续治疗15d。检测各组大鼠肿瘤的体积和肿瘤抑制率及各组大鼠外周血中体液免疫(血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA和补体C3、C4)以及细胞免疫(T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+、CD8+和CD4+/CD8+比值)。结果:电针组肿瘤体积显著低于其模型组(P<0.01)。针刺组外周血IgG、IgM、C3含量较其模型组显著增高(P<0.05

P<0.01)

IgA和C4含量较模型组增高不明显(P>0.05)。电针组外周血CD4+和CD4+/CD8+比值均显著高于其模型组(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论:电针"足三里""合谷""三阴交"能提高大鼠Walker-256肝癌、胃癌、皮下瘤的免疫功能

抑制其肿瘤的生长。
