摘要

目的:探寻治疗心脏神经官能症的有效疗法。方法:将72例患者用简单随机法随机分为针刺组和药物组

每组36例。针刺组运用耳针体针相结合的方法进行治疗

耳穴取神门、交感、心等

体穴取心俞、神门、内关等;药物组口服倍他乐克、谷维素等。治疗2个月后比较2组疗效。结果:针刺组治愈率为77.8%

药物组治愈率为52.8%

2组患者疗效经统计学处理

χ2=8.87

P<0.01

差异有非常显著性意义

针刺组疗效明显优于药物组。结论:耳针加体针是治疗心脏神经官能症的最佳方法

治愈率高

奏效快。
