摘要

目的:比较耳穴贴压结合同视机治疗与单纯同视机治疗儿童屈光不正性弱视的疗效差异。方法:将屈光不正性弱视患儿300例分为轻、中、重度3组各100例。各组再随机分为同视机弱视治疗加耳穴治疗组(观察组)和单纯同视机弱视治疗组(对照组)

比较其视力改善情况。结果:对于轻度弱视患儿

2组均取得100.0%有效率

且组间疗效差别无统计学意义;对中、重度患儿

观察组有效率分别为79.8%和71.0%

对照组分别为54.3%和48.2%

观察组的治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压结合同视机治疗儿童屈光不正性弱视具有操作方便、疗效显著、起效快的特点。
