摘要

目的:比较循经针刺与常规针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将165例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为循经针刺组(治疗组)85例、常规针刺组(对照组)80例。分别按胆经、膀胱经分型循经取穴与常规取穴法进行对照治疗

共治4个疗程

疗程结束及半年后随访观察其疗效及复发率差异。结果:治疗组愈显率、复发率分别为88.2%、24.0%

明显优于对照组的72.5%、41.4%

其差异均有显著性意义(均P<0.05)。结论:循经取穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症近、远期疗效均显著优于常规取穴。
