摘要

目的:探讨针刺治疗乳腺增生病的较佳配穴和作用机制。方法:将200例乳腺增生患者随机分为调肾疏肝针法组(简称调肾疏肝组)、常规针刺组和中药组。调肾疏肝组穴取肾俞、命门、风府、灵墟、神封、步廊、期门等

每日针刺1次;常规针刺组穴取足三里、膻中、肝俞、乳根、内关、期门

治疗方法同调肾疏肝组;中药组口服乳癖消片

每次6片

每日3次。3组患者皆治疗2个月经周期后

观察疗效及雌二醇(E2)、泌乳素(PRL)、孕酮(P)、淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+变化情况。结果:调肾疏肝组临床疗效、中医证候疗效总有效率分别为92.0%、94.0%

常规针刺组分别为86.0%和88.0%

中药组分别为78.0%和84.0%

3组患者疗效比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)

调肾疏肝组疗效优于另2组;与治疗前相比

3组患者血清PRL、P、P/E2均有显著改善(P<0.05)

调肾疏肝组降低PRL和升高P、P/E2作用优于另2组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比

调肾疏肝组和常规针刺组E2、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+有显著改善

调肾疏肝组降低E2的作用优于常规针刺组(P<0.05)。结论:调肾疏肝针法是治疗乳腺增生病的有效方法

对乳腺增生患者的内分泌、免疫功能有调节作用。
