摘要

目的:比较针刺疗法与西药多潘立酮(吗丁啉)治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效差异。方法:将60例患者随机分为针刺组和西药组各30例。针刺组以苍龟探穴针法为主

取对穴中脘与足三里、内关与三阴交治疗

每日治疗1次

2周为一疗程;西药组采用口服吗丁啉10mg

每日3次

餐前30min服用

2周为一疗程。2个疗程后统计疗效。结果:针刺组总有效率为93.3%

西药组总有效率为73.3%

经统计学处理

2组疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。针刺组对上腹胀满、嗳气、恶心呕吐、上腹痛的改善较西药组明显。结论:苍龟探穴针刺组治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效明显优于西药对照组。
