摘要

目的:通过研究隔附子饼灸对肝肾不足型膝原发性骨关节炎的治疗作用

综合评价其临床疗效。方法:将56例患者共80膝

随机分为隔附子饼灸组41膝

穴取内膝眼、犊鼻、阴陵泉等;西药组39膝

口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片。结果:症状、体征分级量化评分积分隔附子饼灸组治疗前(37.41±6.61)分

治疗后(9.37±8.15)分;西药组治疗前(37.64±6.00)分

治疗后(12.05±8.83)分

2组治疗前后组内比较

差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗结束后随访2个月

隔附子饼灸组积分为(11.71±8.69)分

西药组为(15.95±9.96)分

隔附子饼灸组优于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗结束后

2组间综合疗效比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)

隔附子饼灸组愈显率为63.4%

西药组为48.7%;但治疗结束后随访2个月

隔附子饼灸组愈显率为56.1%

后期综合疗效优于西药组的33.3%(P<0.05)。结论:隔附子饼灸法治疗肝肾不足型膝原发性骨关节炎疗效理想

后期疗效优于双氯芬酸钠缓释片。
