摘要

目的:观察针刺对帕金森病的治疗作用。方法:60例患者随机分为2组

针药组30例

针刺神庭、百会、四神聪等

同时口服美多巴片;药物组30例

单纯口服美多巴片。分别观察其综合疗效及帕金森病功能量表(改良UPDRS)评分比较。结果:针药组总改善率为80.0%

明显高于药物组的60.0%(P<0.05);针药组改良UPDRS积分减少

明显优于药物组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合药物治疗帕金森病具有较好的疗效。
