摘要

目的:探讨穴位贴敷治疗单纯性肥胖的有效性、安全性。方法:108例患者随机分为2组

其中穴位贴敷组(穴贴组)58例

针刺组50例。穴贴组以中药制膏贴敷中脘、关元、气海等穴;针刺组采用单纯针刺中极、关元、气海等穴。3个疗程结束后观察疗效。结果:穴贴组总有效率为84.5%

针刺组总有效率为86.0%

经统计学处理差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);2组体重、体质指数、腰围、臀围比较

治疗后较治疗前均有下降

组间比较无差别;腰臀比治疗前后无明显变化;临床症状积分比较

2组治疗后均有下降

组间比较无统计学意义。结论:中药穴位贴敷治疗单纯性肥胖不仅疗效确切

而且穴位贴敷使用方便

无疼痛及毒副作用

患者依从性好。
