摘要

目的:探寻提高治疗脑血栓形成恢复期临床疗效的最佳方法。方法:采用随机单盲对照的方法

将90例脑血栓形成恢复期偏瘫患者随机分为3组:头针组(A组)、康复治疗组(B组)、头针结合康复治疗组(C组)。A组采用头针治疗

穴取健侧顶颞前斜线、顶颞后斜线;B组采用现代康复医学疗法

进行肢体功能治疗;C组采用A组与B组疗法相结合治疗。观察患者的神经功能缺损和日常生活能力(ADL)改善情况及临床疗效。结果:C组治疗后神经功能缺损评分(6.14±0.36)显著低于A组(8.94±0.56)和B组(8.64±0.49)(P<0.05);且C组ADL能力评分(88.39±10.02)和临床疗效(90.0%)均显著高于A组(74.19±12.12

76.7%)和B组(72.29±11.52

73.3%)(均P<0.05)。结论:头针结合康复治疗对脑血栓形成恢复期偏瘫患者运动功能的改善具有协同治疗作用

是治疗脑血栓形成恢复期的较佳疗法。
