摘要

发掘和探讨湮没已久的《内经》"少阳主骨"之说。引证《内经》和历史上知名注家的论述和注释

对其内容和含义进行系统的考辨反思。结果表明"少阳主骨"学说有可能在世界上最早认识到关于骨质疏松的全身性骨骼病症

并发现体表足少阳可以自身调控骨强度的生理和病理变化

对以骨痛和骨折为主要临床表现的骨质疏松症有治疗作用。
