摘要

对得气与针感的历史进行了溯源

探讨了酸麻胀痛重等作为得气代名词的误解过程

并探讨与介绍了得气的现代意义与实验室研究。虽然海内外对针刺后的酸麻胀痛重感与疗效的关系一再提出争议

但实际上这是一种以针感代得气的误解

有些针刺可能并无酸麻胀痛重感

但同样使受刺者产生舒适感

同时刺者手下可能也有感觉

这其实已经属于得气状态

而这种状态通过实验室的研究可望通过功能性核磁共振等手段进行检测

从而使得气或针感可以有指标可循。
