摘要

经穴效应与针灸临床疗效密切相关。针灸发挥特异性的调整和治疗作用

关键因素之一就在于经穴主治的特异性。近年来国内外学者以经穴与非经穴为切入点开展了大量的经穴效应特异性研究。本文通过分析近10年来经穴与非经穴效应比较研究的现状

提出了目前研究中存在的主要问题:重局部作用研究

轻整体效应研究;非经非穴的选取模糊不确定

不统一;缺乏高质量的多中心、大样本、随机、对照试验研究作为强有力的证据支持

并对今后的研究思路进行了探讨。
