摘要

目的:观察经筋挑刺治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将112例患者随机分为经筋挑刺组和电针组

各56例。经筋挑刺组取腰背部痛性筋结点

予针挑治疗;电针组穴取大杼、肺俞、心俞、天宗、华佗夹脊等

予电针治疗。2组治疗2个疗程后比较疗效。结果:经筋挑刺组总有效率为89.3%

电针组总有效率为78.6%

2组比较疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:经筋挑刺治疗腰背肌筋膜炎有良好疗效。
