摘要

目的:观察针灸在预防急性脑血管病患者医院感染中的作用。方法:将急性脑血管病患者100例随机分为2组

对照组50例采用常规治疗

不使用任何方法预防医院感染

观察组50例在此基础上针刺关元、足三里

加灸

每日1次

连续10天。观察各组医院感染率及体温、白细胞、中性粒细胞异常率。结果:观察组急性脑血管病患者医院感染率为8.0%

对照组为26.0%

2组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);观察组患者体温异常率、白细胞异常率、中性粒细胞异常率明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:针灸可有效预防急性脑血管病患者医院感染的发生

其作用机制可能与针灸对人体的免疫调节有关。
