摘要

目的:观察电针治疗单纯性肥胖病并发脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将30例单纯性肥胖病并发脂肪肝患者采用电针治疗

穴取中脘、天枢、期门、带脉、阳陵泉等

3个月后总结疗效

观察针刺治疗前后患者肝脏B超、肥胖指标如体重、肥胖度、体重指数(BMI)、内脏脂肪交叉区含量(VFA)、皮下脂肪(FAT)、腰臀比值(WHR)等的变化。结果:治疗后减肥总有效率为80.0%

脂肪肝的总有效率为80.0%;体重、BMI、肥胖度、VFA、FAT、WHR等指标较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:电针不仅具有良好的减肥作用

而且是治疗脂肪肝的有效方法之一。
