摘要

目的:观察穴位贴敷法与中药治疗乳腺增生病的疗效差异。方法:将63例女性患者随机分为穴贴组(33例)、药物组(30例)。穴贴组用穴位贴敷法(将三棱、莪术、制南星、冰片制成薄片

敷于气海、关元及乳房局部阿是穴);药物组口服乳癖消。结果:经过3个疗程治疗

穴贴组总有效率为97.0%

药物组总有效率为83.3%

穴贴组疗效优于药物组(P<0.05)。穴贴组乳房疼痛改善积分为(13.82±5.90)分

药物组为(7.00±3.89)分

2组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:穴位贴敷法治疗乳腺增生病的疗效肯定。
