摘要

目的:观察评价背部排罐疗法治疗慢性疲劳综合征的疗效。方法:将191例慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分为2组。排罐组142例

用火罐沿脊柱两侧密排群拔;针刺组49例

按照中医辨证取穴。依据临床症状及疲劳评定量表(FAI)评分进行疗效评定。结果:排罐组总有效率为97.9%

针刺组为79.6%

差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗后2组间FAI评分比较

差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:背部排罐疗法是治疗慢性疲劳综合征的有效方法。
