摘要

目的:观察针挑合整脊疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎的

临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法:将93例确诊为强直性脊柱炎(活动期)患者随机分为针挑整脊组(47例)和西药组(46例)。针挑整脊组针挑主点颈2神经点、颈5神经点等

并结合整脊手法;西药组口服柳氮磺胺嘧啶。分别观察2组患者治疗前后关节疼痛和肿胀积分值、关节功能及Keitel试验变化和血沉、C反应蛋白情况。结果:针挑整脊组有效率为95.8%

显效率为68.1%

西药组分别为78.3%、23.9%

针挑整脊组疗效明显优于西药组(P<0.01)。结论:针挑合整脊疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎(活动期)患者不仅疗效明显

而且远期效果稳定。
