摘要

目的:探讨针刺治疗痛经的作用机制。方法:成年未孕小鼠随机分为正常组(N)、模型组(M)、针刺组(A)及药物组(P)。M组、A组和P组均采用乙烯雌酚和催产素造模。A组于造模第7d针刺"三阴交""地机"

每日1次

连续治疗5d;P组于造模第7d予益母草膏0.6mg/g灌胃

连续5d。观察各组小鼠扭体潜伏期及30min内扭体数;逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测各组小鼠子宫组织中催产素受体(OctR)及血管加压素受体(VasR)mRNA表达的差异。结果:A组及P组扭体潜伏期较M组延长(P<0.05);A组及P组30min内扭体数低于M组(P<0.05);M组OctR、VasRmRNA表达水平与另3组的差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05

P<0.01)。结论:针刺在一定程度上可改善痛经症状

其作用机制可能与针刺对小鼠体内激素介导的受体表达的调控有关。
