摘要

中医藏象学说是中医基础理论的重要组成部分

藏象术语英译的准确与否直接关系到海外学者对中医脏腑功能活动的正确和全面的理解。尽管30年中医海外传播之路使中医翻译水平有了相当程度的提高

但藏象术语英译中仍有一些值得商榷和改进之处。本文试举例说明部分藏象术语英译中存在的问题

从古今词语变化、脏腑功能考证、临床病证观察等几方面对其值得改进之处提出个人看法。
