摘要

目的:评价针刺治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法:对针刺治疗抑郁症的随机对照试验(RCT)进行系统评价

遵循循证医学的研究方法

并使用专用的统计分析软件RevMan 4.2版进行Meta分析统计学处理。结果:14篇RCT满足纳入标准

4篇采用双盲法。Meta分析的结果显示

针刺组与药物组有效率比较

不具有统计学意义;针刺组与药物组治疗后汉密尔顿(HAMD)量表评分比较

针刺在改善HAMD量表评分方面优于阿米替林

与其他药物比较无统计学意义。结论:针刺治疗抑郁症与药物治疗比较可能同样有效

且安全性较好

但由于临床试验方法学质量不高

尚需要高质量的试验进一步证实。
