摘要

目的:评价针刺治疗老年性痴呆的疗效。方法:按照循证医学(EBM)的要求全面检索了国内相关医学文献数据库近10年来的有关针灸治疗痴呆的文献

对纳入文献进行Meta-分析。结果:共纳入随机对照试验22篇

对其中19篇文献进行了Meta-分析。合并OR=3.72[2.73

5.07]

漏斗图基本对称

提示针刺组对痴呆的治疗效果优于对照组(Z=8.32

P<0.00001)。结论:从国内的临床文献来看

针灸治疗痴呆有效

但试验研究质量有待进一步完善和提高。
