摘要

目的:探讨头皮针埋线治疗帕金森病的作用机制。方法:建立大鼠帕金森病模型

随机分为模型组、头针组、药物组

并设立正常组。头针组选取"百会"旁"舞蹈震颤麻痹区"埋线

药物组用L-dopa制成悬浮液灌胃。治疗30d后

进行行为学观察;检测脑组织丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果:头皮针埋线能使模型大鼠脑组织中MDA的含量显著降低(P<0·01)

NO的含量显著增加(P<0·05)

SOD的活性无明显差异(P>0·05);其行为学和脑组织形态学方面均有明显改善。结论:头皮针埋线对帕金森病大鼠体内抗氧化酶系统具有调整作用

对脑组织细胞形态具有明显的改善作用。
