摘要

目的:观察针刺治疗糖尿病麻痹性斜视的临床疗效。方法:将72例麻痹性斜视的糖尿病患者随机分为药物组、针刺组及针药组。药物组应用甲基维生素B12250μg肌肉注射常规治疗

每日1次;针刺组根据麻痹性肌肉的不同选取穴位

并随症配穴;针药组在药物组治疗的基础上

加用针刺组的方法。以上各组均治疗28天。结果:针刺组总有效率为87.5%

针药组总有效率为95.7%

均明显高于药物组的54.5%(P<0.05

P<0.01)

针刺组与针药相比差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺治疗糖尿病麻痹性斜视疗效确切

优于常规药物治疗。
