摘要

目的:比较改进雷火神针与普通艾炷灸治疗眩晕的疗效差异。方法:将117例眩晕症患者随机分为观察组(66例)和对照组(51例)。观察组用改进雷火神针治疗

对照组用压灸百会穴方法治疗。治疗1个疗程后

以眩晕症状分级量化分值作为评价指标进行临床观察。结果:观察组的总有效率为86.4%

对照组为66.7%

2组比较

差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:改进雷火神针能明显减轻和消除眩晕症状

且操作方便

无副作用

易于推广应用。
