摘要

目的:探讨穴位埋线治疗运动性疲劳的疗效及作用机制。方法:采用关元、肾俞、命门、足三里、三阴交为主穴

对41名训练期间运动员进行穴位埋线治疗2个疗程

观察治疗前后训练相关情况及血睾酮、血红蛋白变化情况。结果:治疗后运动员睡眠质量、晨起精神、饮食情况、训练欲望、训练体能、训练质量、训练注意力的集中等训练相关情况均较治疗前明显改善

血睾酮和血红蛋白的水平较治疗前明显提高。结论:穴位埋线能明显改善运动员的运动性疲劳

其作用机制可能与提高血睾酮和血红蛋白水平有关。
