摘要

目的:评价电针与百优解治疗轻、中度伴躯体症状抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将75例患者随机分为西药组(A组)、电针组(B组)、针药组(C组)各25例。A组口服百优解

每天20 mg;B组采用电针疗法

取穴以百会、印堂为主;C组口服百优解加电针。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定临床疗效

TESS副反应量表评定药物不良反应。结果:临床总有效率A组为78.3%

B组为82.6%

C组为91.7%

C组与A组、B组之间的差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)

B组和C组在改善躯体症状方面疗效显著

使用百优解的C组不良反应较A组少。结论:电针能明显改善抑郁症患者的躯体症状

减轻百优解的不良反应

针药结合治疗轻、中度伴躯体症状抑郁症疗效好

不良反应少

值得临床推广。
