摘要

目的:寻找一种安全有效的缓解癌痛的方法。方法:将66例晚期癌症且伴有疼痛的患者

根据疼痛的轻中重不同程度分为3层

按照随机数字表分别将每一层病人随机分配到针刺组和药物组。针刺组采用以痛为腧治疗

在疼痛部位找3～5个最明显的压痛点作为针刺点;药物组按WHO三阶梯给药原则给口服药

轻度癌痛用阿司匹林

中度用可待因

重度用吗啡。以数字分级法评定疼痛缓解的临床疗效。结果:针刺组和药物组均可有效控制癌痛

但针刺组作用明显优于药物组

针刺组总有效率为94.1%

药物组总有效率为87.5%

2组疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗癌痛可取得优于三阶梯药物的止痛效果

且无止痛药的毒副反应及成瘾性

值得临床推广应用。
