摘要

目的:观察比较针刺配合TDP照射与西药治疗不宁腿综合征的疗效差异。方法:158例不宁腿综合征患者随机分为针刺组和西药组

每组79例。针刺组针刺肾俞、大肠俞、关元俞、秩边、太溪等穴

结合TDP照射;西药组采用单纯西药左旋多巴治疗。2组均治疗30天进行疗效观察。结果:针刺组痊愈42例

有效30例

无效7例;西药组痊愈0例

有效24例

无效55例。总有效率比较

针刺组91.1%、西药组30.4%

差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)

针刺组临床疗效优于西药组。结论:针刺配合TDP照射治疗不宁腿综合征能取得更好的疗效。
