摘要

针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症方法众多、疗效肯定、备受关注

但疗效个体差异很大

影响疗效的相关因素较多。笔者参阅近年来国内中医、针灸刊物报道的文献31篇

并结合自身多年来开展针灸减肥的临床实践与体会

就临床治疗中要应对的辨证论治、疗程、反弹、饮食控制、体育运动、心理疏导等相关问题进行理性思考

提出自己的一些认识

以期探讨提高针灸治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床效果

为今后的临床工作提供有用的参考资料。
