摘要

目的:探讨治疗庆大霉素中毒性耳聋的有效方法及作用机制。方法:将豚鼠随机分为正常对照组(A组)、模型组(B组)、川芎嗪组(C组)、针刺组(D组)和针刺加川芎嗪组(E组)。C、D、E组分别给予单纯川芎嗪、单纯针刺(穴取"听宫""翳风""外关")和针刺联合川芎嗪治疗。10d后检测听性脑干诱发电位(ABR)Ⅲ波反应阈值、Corti器部位细胞凋亡及Bax、Bcl-2蛋白表达。结果:E组ABR阈值低于C组(P<0.05)

Corti器部位细胞凋亡、Bax蛋白表达及Bax/Bcl-2比值均低于C组和D组

Bcl-2蛋白表达有所增加。结论:针刺"听宫""翳风"及"外关"穴对川芎嗪有一定的靶向协同作用

可提高治疗庆大霉素中毒性耳聋的疗效。其作用机制可能与抑制细胞凋亡、下调Bax蛋白表达及上调Bcl-2蛋白表达有关。
