摘要

目的:探寻针灸治疗子宫肌腺病的疗效和机制。方法:将66例患者随机分为针灸组和西药组

各33例。针灸组以针刺腹部中极、水道、天枢、曲骨、子宫穴为主;西药组口服达那唑治疗。观察针灸组治疗前后雌激素(E2)水平、血色素(Hb)和血小板计数(BPC)变化

比较2组疗效。结果:针灸组总有效率为97.0%

西药组总有效率为72.7%

针灸组明显优于西药组(P<0.05)。针灸组治疗后E2水平下降、Hb和BPC提高

较治疗前差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.005)。结论:针灸治疗子宫肌腺病疗效显著

优于单纯西药治疗

可有效调整雌激素水平。
