摘要

目的:探寻治疗神经根型颈椎病的较佳疗法。方法:将102例患者随机分为输刺组和常规刺组各51例。输刺组采用输刺法为主治疗

即颈部相应夹脊穴深刺到颈椎骨;常规刺组采用常规针刺法治疗。两者同时配合电针疗法。结果:输刺组治愈率为68.6%

有效率为98.0%;常规刺组治愈率为47.1%

有效率为84.3%。2组治愈率和有效率组间比较差异均有显著性意义(均P<0.05)。结论:输刺为主治疗神经根型颈椎病有较好疗效。
