摘要

癌痛是中晚期癌症患者常见的主要临床症状之一

严重影响患者的生存质量

成为临床中亟待解决的问题。镇痛剂由于本身的成瘾性及毒副反应

在一定程度上限制了使用。针灸疗法作为传统中医疗法之一

以其安全、有效、无药物不良反应等优势

在癌痛治疗中日益发挥着重要作用。现就近10年来针灸治疗癌痛方法做一概述

以期更好地指导癌痛的针灸临床治疗

同时也为日后的研究进行必要的探索。
