摘要

目的:观察针刺联合高压氧与单纯高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病的临床疗效差异。方法:观察60例住院病人

随机分为观察组和对照组2组。观察组采用针刺内关、水沟、三阴交、百会、四神聪等穴结合高压氧治疗

对照组单纯采用高压氧治疗。用神经功能缺损程度评分标准评定神经功能状况。结果:观察组总有效率96.7%

对照组总有效率86.7%

观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病疗效显著。
